We received a request to make the cutlery as close to the color of charcoal as possible. The ion plating’s color was a perfect match, which led us to place the order.

Reasons and Key Factors for Placing the Order

An overseas designer requested cutlery in a charcoal-like color, and the ion plating's color matched perfectly, which was the deciding factor. We have since expanded this application to our own products.

We are very satisfied with the service and quality. We appreciate the flexibility with smaller lots for the black cutlery. As for durability, we rated it as average because we are still assessing it.

Market Response and Sales Performance

There is high demand for black cutlery, and more stores have recently started carrying our products. Internationally, our cutlery will be sold at a select shop in Singapore. We are also receiving more orders for OEM cutlery.
