Ion Plating on Different Materials

For decorating ballpoint pens, we use components that include metal and ABS resin, which can withstand temperatures up to 80°C. Our unique low-temperature processing technology is fully leveraged in these coatings. Despite the differing processing conditions required for metal and ABS resin—high temperatures for metal and low temperatures for ABS resin—we can achieve a uniform color tone across the product. The market response has been extremely positive, with the product quickly selling out after its release. Following this success, we now regularly plan products featuring ion plating.
