In July 2023, we were selected for the Fukui DX Acceleration Subsidy, leading to the introduction of an “IoT-based Production Management System.”

Overview of DX Implementation

We will centralize the management of processes from order receipt to processing, inspection, and shipment using IC tags, enabling real-time visualization of production status. Specifically, an IC card attached to each product is scanned at each process step, allowing for the easy and automatic input of actual performance data. Additionally, by enabling the easy and immediate access to work standard documents, precautions, and abnormality reports on tablets at any time, we aim to enhance productivity and quality. The accumulated data will be used to semi-automatically create production plans and work schedules, allowing any manager to efficiently manage these tasks.

   Through the visualization of the entire business, we expect each employee to engage more proactively in their work, developing the ability to identify and solve problems independently. By fostering a culture of “thinking and acting independently,” we aim to help employees realize their potential at work and achieve sustainable growth in corporate management.
